We specialize in artisanal sourdough breads, using organic locally milled grains and ancient methods of fermentation. We also offer to-go sandwiches and savory snacks like focaccia slices and various hand-made pastries and viennoiseries. We don't use any artificial flavors or additives and our breads are fermented for over 24hrs which aids in their flavor, digestibility and health benefits.
We pride ourselves in baking fresh onsite daily with premium ingredients that are inspired by the seasons.

As with our bread, we strive to make our pastry selection innovative, seasonal and inviting. We also work with slow fermentation for our buns and our croissant dough takes 3 days to be made. We offer various hand-made bakes such as intricately layered viennoiserie, delicious cakes, brownies and we have vegan options throughout our counter.
Everything is baked on site throughout the day and is visible to the public as they walk into the bakery.
